Welcome to my web page. I don’t know what brought you here, but you are here, and right now that is all that matters. I hope you find something amongst this space that inspires or lights you up, in some way.
For those of you who do not know me yet, I am Holly Cleanthi. I am a yoga, meditation, breathwork and movement teacher and student, learning every day from my students and all the powerful teachers around me.
I love the sense of openness, connection, and community that yoga brings. Expanding us as individuals and uniting us together as one. I am here to share the divine experience found within, around, and through yoga.
I am an advocate of positive psychology and self-love. In addition, I am utterly fascinated by anatomy, and so my teaching style combines anatomical science and biomechanics with ancient wisdom and spirituality.

“Yoga with Holly is always a warm and healing experience. We come away feeling as if our body and mind have had a great workout! I have had individual (family) sessions and group sessions too, in a class. At all times I feel confident that Holly is making sure that we are safe and practising good yoga.
Her manner is so gentle and reassuring that she calms my busy mind. My children love their yoga sessions with Holly, so much that they attend sessions with Holly in ‘Kids Yoga’ on their own.
