I love teaching kids and believe that they benefit so much from the practise. I have taught in schools and on summer camps as well as holding kids classes in studios. Feedback from parents has always been very rewarding and it’s a beautiful thing to hear kids learning to use breathwork to calm down and manage anxiety.
For teens, I have taught in schools and university with teens aged 14-18. Feedback from the students and staff has been that yoga classes had helped the teens during exam periods to relieve stress.
I believe kids yoga has many benefits for their physical and mental health. Plus, we all have fun!
